They're the same seat yes mate, or very similar at least (some clio's also) but these were bought through a recaro dealer, they've not come from a car (OEM part), I've even got the instruction manuals in a sealed bag for each seat.

I fitted an early spec to a later GL without changing any brackets, barring swapping the bumper bar from the GL onto the early bumper.

That reminds me of my EC9 so much. I had a satin black front bump (granted it was early spec) with a gti lip and the rest colour coded too.

No picture updates but finally got the car started yesterday! Had to jerry rig the main fuel relay so it runs as a constant when the ignition is on ..it's looking like the ECU has been shorted out. Will have to try another ecu and a main relay but I'm happy for now that it runs! I'd get that sorted...

I cant get round the 5zigen on the GL, doesn't quite look right at all, much preferred the original one madge had. I think if the alloys were a different colour they'd suit a lot better too. If they were the same silver as the VT wheels, they'd look perfect. Excellent buy though, lovely car.

Bonnet raisers and the black garnish ruin it for me, before that, with the black rub strips it looked perfect, all be it lacking some wheels.
