there ok for the price, i had them on for a while when getting other suspension, imo doesn't give that bad a ride but depending how low you put them they wont last too long with stock dampers.

fitting them and adjusting the height is real easy! the threaded sleeve fits over you damper and you simply just adjust the lock rings up or down for height.

We all assume everyone is looking for excellent handling. If its just a slam you're after for looks, they arent bad at all, but like everyone will say, theyre not brilliant for making your car handle better.
Making perfection isn't always easy,

But I ain't got nothing but time!!!

Indeed, These will lower your car, but i heard that these wont pass an MOT, as the spring lifts out of its seat, and because the way they are, they will bang and knock alot!

you CAN go low and have excellent handling, but its costs

Best £500 i ever spent was on Coilovers!

if you just want cheap bang for buck, get some 2nd hand ones off the forums, they usually go for around £50

for better handling get some progressive springs, Tein, H&R or Eibach are the main manufacturers, you can get a 2nd hand set for under £100

they are the only springs i would get

Has anyone used the Jamex lowering springs? Not the suspension kit, just the springs? They're only £60 but i suspect its very much a case of you get what you pay for.
