i was wondering if i you lot could recomend me some cheap and chearful lowering springs for around a 40 to 60mm drop for my gl.

are they any good or not?
and do you recon il need new dampers aswell because they havent been changed since new
san diego, in german roughly translates to, a whales vagina.
there ok for the price, i had them on for a while when getting other suspension, imo doesn't give that bad a ride but depending how low you put them they wont last too long with stock dampers.
fitting them and adjusting the height is real easy! the threaded sleeve fits over you damper and you simply just adjust the lock rings up or down for height.

We all assume everyone is looking for excellent handling. If its just a slam you're after for looks, they arent bad at all, but like everyone will say, theyre not brilliant for making your car handle better.
Indeed, These will lower your car, but i heard that these wont pass an MOT, as the spring lifts out of its seat, and because the way they are, they will bang and knock alot!
you CAN go low and have excellent handling, but its costs
Has anyone used the Jamex lowering springs? Not the suspension kit, just the springs? They're only £60 but i suspect its very much a case of you get what you pay for.
