basically i bought another civic with a few probs.

no MOT being one.

fuked rear bumper

dodgy crx front bumoer

loosing brake fluid (i think its the caliper)

snapped bonnet cable

thats it really.

oh yeah and no fog lights.


The car did have good points.

NO RUST, NO SCRARCHES AND FAIRLY LOW MILEAGE 91K



so heres a pic of when i 1st got it


And heres a few pics from yesterday when i was fixin it up a bit..







It looks like theres a scratch on the door but trust theres not! its just a dodgy looking reflection!!



The car came with a chrome air intake
short shifter
strut brace
polished rocker cover
performance ht leads
and a few other bits and bobs.



My mission this week is to fit a new bonnet cable.
put my 4-2-1 manifold on there
put backbox on
lower it 60mm
fit the original bumper back on wit golf lip and clear indicators

give it a clean and sort out the little things.......


then hopefully thursday it will go for the MOT!!!

oh yeah iv already put the angel eyes on
smoked rear lights but leaving the reverse light bit clear
put black handles and locks on from a crx
inc black electric window controls

um... i put crx door cards on there.
fitted spare wheel, boot carpet and all the plastic bits in the boot as it was completly stripped out!

and stereo is all set up!!

does anyone know how to get the handbreak thingy out??

it came with a gay momo silver thing which i took off but im having trouble getting the standard handle off the one from my other car????

Alright mate, i think i had to cut the other one off, or wd40 it and twist it as you pull. failing that take the whole thing off the red one

finally fitted a new bonnet cable and catch now opens/shuts smooth as.......!!!

sweet!!



just gotta get a rear bumper with fogs sprayed up and then MOT!!!

Manifold and backbox will go on tomorrow dependong on the weather!!

then slammed 60mm again!!!


just need spme vtec wheels sprayed white!!




oh yeah and im gonna go for some of them wind deflector thingys!!

but proper so it looks good.


thinkin about black mesh with 4GUK sprayed on there in white.


just need to make a stensil.

was gonna get one for the sun roof but looks a but gay!



also ordered a set of these in white...



just gonna cut off the VTEC bit and give em to buncey_chris. im sure he'll find some good use for em..



Anyone know where i can find a manifold gasket online??

planned to fit it today, thought i had a spare one lyin round. but fuk knows....
