I'm intrigued. I remember these when they came out, I know they are part Rover and have MacPherson strut front suspension. Are they 4th gen?

What fits on them from other Honda's? Can they be modified?

Importantly can a B16 fit and what mount kit works?

There may be a white one turning moss green round the corner from me... Its an EX so I assume 1.4 carb?

mine is, give or take a hose here or there the same as 'spare' shuttle on CraigG driveway.

the 1.6 is the D16a9
the 1.4 is D14a4?
so in theory it's the same to 4G as a CRX, just not as cool.....YET.

anyway, Chapman let me try his summer wheels on while they were off his car, 8x15 ET10

look nice, may need smaller tyre for the front 185 instead of the 195

also tried a 7x15 on the front unknown ET just to check what was best

If you're planning for a B, check out rovertech.net for folks that have done it on 200's
It's not as simple as doing it to a civic.

ill have to look at this as well i dont see how much different it could be its already
got a d14 in it so 4g D to B swap mounts will work injection tank out of a erley 214
wiring might be a bit different and clocks but im sure u could use mb6 stuff as the mb6 is
a rover 400 dash clocks and wiring u could use them me and a mate have done it before
in a ej we used all the mb6 stuff including the dash

For the 200's I know they had to use custom shafts as the Rover D shafts are shorter than Honda ones.
And the rear subframe is closer, so the rear mount is closer and thus needs to be custom. Also I think for the D even they use a B style engine bracket at the rear !??

Now it could well be different for the Concerto, but I bet it's full of 13mm and 15mm bolts (rather than 12&14mm) so essentially the Rover, just like the MB6.
Save yourself a lot of bother before you start and go check out part numbers on lings between a civic and a concerto with the same engine for the mounts (left, right and rear) and shafts.
