i know they came from a crx but not sure if they are genuine period option or not.

You said they were manafactured in early '85 didnt you? they look genuine to me although being Japan they could have blatantly ripped honda and just stuck the logo on there

spent a little more time on the old girl again tonight and fitted the red rocker cover i bought from SuperDOHC, also adjusted the valve clearances, painted the rad mounts and removed another part of the old air intake system.
