is that delivered? where do you order from?HONDAB88 wrote:looks good marc , i get polish for 38eur its us gallon bout 4 and half litres lasts ages , its car brite crystal shine. top stuff
aye, I be on a budget lol. But if it works out cheaper than Autoglym I'm game. Or are there any other polishes recommended? I find the Autoglym stuff doesn't give you deep glass like shines. My bonnet for instance always seems a bit hazey, and it never removes all scratches/swirl marks.EE9 CVC wrote:
SRP has always been expensive, but its worth it and last quite a while.

Yeh I know what you mean.Gizmo wrote:I like it, but i cant help thinking that the wheels need some colour.
The wheels suit the car, but i dont think they go with the car if you know what i mean?
They are paintless at the moment, they are just lacquered. I will spray them at some point, mid shade metalic grey, or dark grey with a polished lip, as Watanabe's suit polished lips well.
It does yeh, but I can't afford coilovers yet.Tahir wrote:Looks lovely, needs tiny bit more lowness on rear.
When I have a full tank it sits sweet

TBH, SRP is one of the best polishes to use if you are doing it by hand, you can't remove all the scratches and swirls without using a machine.Marc_VT wrote:Or are there any other polishes recommended? i've used meguirs deep crystal polish on the golf and i'm well impressed with it, even covered in 3 weeks worth of dirt it was as shiney as a 58 plate volvo that was cleaner.
really deep shine. paid under 9 quid for a bottle.
it is a 3 stage system but i'm only got stage 2 but use my own wash/ tratments
doesn't do too much with swirls srp is meant to be good for a hand polish in reguards to the swirls. wont save mine. i need a machine polisher. i did have one until my old dear told me it was broken and to throw it out. so i did then dad told me he changed the motor and it was working after.
looking good as ever

yeh they've all come out great man, glad I went with black
took me about 4 full days to do them, loads of nooks and crannys
the paint was cheap too, £5.62 a can on special offer, and i used 4 cans in total
i went back yesterday to stock up and its not on offer anymore
I've also got two very special cam covers lined up for the VT. going to need some help deciding which to go for
