EFK9 B16B - The Speedboat
Ran over some rubble as I'm sure you all know... not happy about it. I'm writing my letters of complaint tomorrow - one to the Council, one to the contractors head office, and one to Bilstein.
It's all sorted and back together, nothing was actually broke luckily!
I bought a few things the last few days to make up for it...
And a HKS manifold... from Tahir, but it's a 2" collector, and I wanted a 2.25". I started cleaning it up and thought it looked a bit small...

Cheers guys. Took me around 4 hours to get it to that stage, and it still needs some work.
I used 120grit 3M 'purple' sand paper (works well with metal without scoring).
Then 240grit wet 'n dry, using it wet.
Next I got a Scotchbrite pad with some Autosol.
Tomorrow I will use 400grit wet, then Scotchbrite it again with Autosol. Brasso works well too, basically the same thing, and is cheaper.

Collector wise, Charlie @ ProSpeed is your man.
ProSpeed are my next port of call, I'm going to get them to modify my DC one as its newer and in better condition.
Ordered these Tuesday night and they came this morning (ebay £117.50 delivered, and I earned triple points )...
They will be going on tomorrow, along with my new passenger door handle...
My little oven
Next update should be good.
