they dont sell them seperate!

what i said was, if you want a new damper, you need to find 3 other people who also want a new D2 damper.

Buy a new set with the combined money.

a new set of D2's are around £550/4 = £137.50 (Per Damper)

D2 have also released a new, improved damper (so they say), so i doubt the rebound and bump adjustment will be the same as the old type (Which i assumed you have, as the new type havnt been out long)

D2, K-sport, Omni, ll use the same coil over, with different colours, the producer is a Taiwanese company who just sells them in which ever colour to the desired retailer,

D2 - Purple.
K-Sport - Orange
Omini - Black.

Dida, Pi are ok, and will last a long time, but you are losing handling performance over decent coilovers - I used to have a set before my KWs.

D2 are ok for track, if you set them hard.

Gaz are track biased, and some models can be a little noisy, they don't tend to leak though, just knock a little, and it's just a noise. By god do they handle well though

KW are awesome - the set I'm using have done around 60k and are still going strong. However, they are very, very expensive.

Tein are ok, a little hard though.

Haven't tried the Meister's yet though.

I looked into a rebuild but turned out better to get a whole new dampner from apexi for my K-sports had both rears replaced now, one late last year and one is nearly 2 years old now and still going strong *touch wood!

been reading this thread with some great interest as I was about to get some d2 coilovers as soon as from funky power.

Reading this I think I'll opt for something else.

As I will only be taking it on the track every now and then I was hoping someone could give me some links for PI/Gaz coilovers that fit an ee9 - can only find ones for EC/ED. idea of price would be cool.

yup, i have chosen to go for gaz's when i get some bucks as they seem to have good write ups, and can be fixed or replaced far cheaper than d2's. plus have a longer warranty which to me shows how more confident they are in their product compared to d2. oh and also that when i emailed any of the d2 suppliers they didn't provide any assistance whatsoever to help me out.

heres a link to some on ebay dude

although im sure you could get them cheaper somewhere else
