I have recently seen a couple of these on Ebay all with damage to the garnish one went for £256 from New Zealand.
There is also one from Japan currently running at the moment close to £500

For that reason I started designing my own.
I have been working on a little project to replicate the original part.
Currently I am getting the vinyl graphics made up to help me with the task in my design.
I have built a proto type and it works very well.
I intend to tweak this a little bit where it will be aqua with the side lights and this will go off and to red when under braking.
Give or take I can make this different colours with in reason.
This is all IP65 protected against the weather.
The garnish looks very similar to the factory part.
The garnish sits exactly the same as stock on the tail gate.
I would make a production run of these as I have a couple of spare trims to play with.
I can only do this on the red reflectors, When I work out a cost for the conversion I would like to offer this to anyone who maybe interested ?
If I don't have one n stock, for a fee if you send me yours I will convert it, Then send it back to you.
Typically it takes me about a day to make this.
This is all hand made I'm getting the stickers made so they are clean and crisp.
