Engine swap from D14A9 dual carb to FI D16A9???

Please help me out as I'm Purchasing a D16A9 on the weekend, from another hatch total bargain too!

What will I need to do altogether and is there any way I can get round changing the fuel tank? some photos from anyone who's had this experience would be a massive help! Thanks!

When I done one year's ago I needed lines, tank and full wiring as well as ecu obviously. It's not that's, just a bit of a chew on at times with some of the awkward little bits. But that all depends on how good a job u want to do. I'm pretty picky and a bit anal at times. But when I had it to Honda they couldn't tell it had had a conversion. I think its easier just to swap the lot rather than trying to cut corners. I had a full car rape for bits though

cant I just fit an inline ext fuel pump? aslong as it has a return feed? as ive been told?

Can't see why not. Have u got all the relevant wiring? Also have u searched for info on this?. There should be a how to thread somewhere

Is it worth it? I hated my d16 and dont really want to put another back in. If you're going to that much trouble why not b swap it?

Why did u hate ur d16? I loved mine, can't wait to get in in my red shed! 1.4 auto p.o.s! Rebuilding it first so hopefully it'll be even better than b4. I think they're under estimated, a fit one can go really well

Just doesn't compare to b16 and not nearly as many parts available, saying that I bought another one tonight though lol
