4GUK is going to JAE, Once again!
Our plot is BOOKED!
We have 4 Plots! the BIGGEST Plot we have EVER had! We have space for 25 Cars + Camping
We are situated in Okayama. a change from a usual spot which is unavailable this year. But we are now more central, which should please people who like to show off!
All Jap cars are welcome. 4th Gens and CRX's will take Priority for stand access and Front-Row seats. Any other Vehicles will be parked on the second row, unless there is gaps to which they will be parked on the front row.
CATERING, Food and Drink
Self Catering This Year year, We tried to Cater for everyone last year, But we ended being massively out of pocket. Tesco's is Literally 2 minute drive away. And Fast Food outlets 2 minutes away also (Some fast food will deliver, however to the main entrance only, Not the JAE Gate). We urge you to group together and cater for your selfs. BBQ are allowed, however must be elevated off the ground
Non-Jap vehicles
This year, they are again clamping down on Non-Jap vehicles. If you turn up in a Non-Jap vehicle without Prior arrangement, you will be refused on the gate. and i will not associate the vehicle with the club, therefore Refusing entry. The only exceptions allowed for Non-Jap vehicles are Support Vehicles (Carrying Equipment) and Disabled people. If you require a Non-Jap vehicle to stay inside the show, for any reason, please contact me, and i can sort this out for you.

Events
We will be hosting our own Awards. We will have awards for Best Civic, Best CRX, Most Inspirational Civic/ CRX. Cleanest on Stand etc.
We are also working getting a Projector and some Forza Action. For a Time Attack competition with an award
Booking
Tickets are bookable through myself, and are £30 per person, Included in the ticket price.
By buying an Advance ticket, you avoid the queues, Free show guide, Stand Pass and helps cover the Stand Fees
Your tickets WILL be sent to you before the event, to avoid waiting at the gate for me to pop up and down.
