project rejuvenation

[vtec venom]

Every time I see a thread on this car a tear comes to my eye, as it seams everyone knows about this car I thought i'd make a build/restoration thread, so you all can see her come back to life.

So I got this car quite cheap (I've seen all the bad history on it) and thought it would be a good base to start as i've wanted a vt for a long time (previous eg vti owner).
I plan on fully restoring it back to looking like a proper looking vt (with a few toys of course)

So this is what it looks like (these pics where from previous owner/s)

TBH I don't know what's worse the quad exhaust or the ep3 spoiler!!






So I will update this as I go along, I have already started just forgot to take pics.

Good to see you starting a restoration build this car needs tidying up and you have yourself a nice little 4G civic

As soon as you replace the spoiler with a standard one and change the exhaust it will start to look much better

whats the erm *cough mileage on this again.. theres plenty of history about this dodgy car if you look about, pretty sure its been in a font ender (gl front end) and been clocked a couple of times, hence why I said your brave taking on such a project but.. im interested to see what you do with it.

Good on you, look forward to it.

If you bring it back up to scratch and turn it into a decent genuine car again, then you can forget it's past and enjoy it how you like it.
