Oh Balls - pt2

Post by Daron »

i havent pposted for a while because the little bugger has been off the road since i got a bit too close to a fiesta,
I've had a mate do the repair work on the cheap so havent really been able to rush him, anyway it went for its MOT (which ran out while it was off the road!) today and failed quite a bit!
I'll be getting more details 2morro, but it seems that despite it not being noticed in previous mots, it has had some kind of rear damage - enough to be a mot fail!!
It also failed on headlight alignment due to the damage i caused, my mate straightened it as much as he could but he says there is not ligh alignment adjusters? Anyone have any advice on this?
Apart from the fact that it;s no longer roadworthy it is looking really good - it's been debadged and "dewipered"

So basically i have a really authentic looking full size 4g model!!
If i had a driveway i could park it there and look at it!, but i'm not sure if it will ever actually ge to be driven again!!
cheers
D
I'm a new 4thgen owner (and i fookin love it!)
Any advise/ tips gratefully recieved!

Ah that sucks mate, wait till the full report though.

However twisted chassis isnt good, it sounds good condition though so maybe break it for parts?

Get pictures on your driveway first though! 8)
