EG/DC2 brake lines.......will they fit or EE/EF's...?

Does anyone know if FRONT brake lines for EG/DC2 will fit our EF's??
I would try the ones from my EG on my EF..........one problem i cant fit what i done with the ones i took off my EG prior to the strip down
Basically intending on fitting braided lines from EG/DC2 onto my EE9 in other words. No point keeping secrets from you lot
Surely their not that much different in length? Id rather them slightly longer any way just to be on the safe side.
