project not got a clue !

so started work on my dx today. just de-bump stripped it but its a start ,next is a new radiator as mines decided it didnt like water and sprayed it all out . I'm already baffled as DX's should not have bump strips lol. Be nice to see some photos of how it stands at the moment mate, so you can look back in a few months or when ever and see how far you've come :top:

I know I had this discussion lol guys were suggesting it was possibly imported from cyprus ect . Turns out someone had stuck them on and done a crap job at that n iv already put a few up before

TBH, it looks alot worse than when you started. Hope you get it tidied up.

Ahaha yeh a wasn't finished in those photos but the rest never showed up ill get them up tommorow

try and get a caramel wheel from a local paint shop supplies place,
looks like this:

not sure on the correct name, but everyone i know in the trade calls it a carmel wheel! basically an eraser, work amazingly well, very easy to use and won't damage the paint underneath :top:

and on the subject of DX rub strips, there's a DX round the corner from me with full plastic strips, same ones as a GL...

Tonight the project to a turn for the worse wen I hit the side of the road ( a big grass verge ) and bent the panel me bonnet shuts too small mishap but could do without it ! Will I just reshape it its not a major band ?

Even worse today the bonnet of my car smashed my window :@ having no luck with this car and losing faith quick!!!

never give up on a project after little misshaps mate i didnt and my cars been hit twice and i wasnt even in the car, by two stupids Bitchs who cant drive for S*!t lol and i stuck it out its hard but sooo worth itt in the end :OD
