4G EC9 Home made parts, wing, lip...

Post by TherealstarX26 »

It was an unplanned purchased, i would like a 4G to make my parts for ED/EE/EC. I remember that my parents neighbor got one. I saw him, and i asked if he could lend the car, i finally, i purshased it

So, the car ;)

124 000 km, automatic gearbox ;) But, to make fiber parts and carbone parts, it good! This car is quite clean, apart the bonnet.

I already manufacture a rear wing :

Just unmolded. Not painted.

I try to make it in carbon, i'ts possible too :)

In carbon, just unmolded, not varnished.

I got the choice

I will do the same wing for my 3G.

Don't search my website, its not online for the moment ;)

And right now, i am doing the front lip

You can see my Crx lip, and the Civic lip that i will do ;)

I'ill take news pics as soon as i finished it ;)

Love the work! The manufactured parts are good how
Much do you sell the front Lips for? Will you be making rear lips? That would be cool.

Thanks ;)

I sell the front lip 120€, and 150€ shipped to your house 8days later.

I will manufacture front phase 2 bumper and rear JDM bumper. Perhaps the lip too. Because mine are little damaged. And like a manufacture light parts, i will be a good solution on circuit or for a dailycar.

For sure that i have to change the hood

Some great work you have done there :top:

Definately a market for the JDM rear bumpers if you can make them.

Bit crazy but do you think you would be able to fibreglass/carbon doors ? Just for track car though, so wouldnt need the inner part that the window motor speaker etc attach to.

Carbon boot would be cool aswell you used to be able to get them but havent see any in a long time.

I can manufacture doors. But if you are alone, i can do it. I need more than 10 people to make a part. So if you can group people, it might be possible ;)
Carbone boot, i never saw this kind of part for ED/EE/EC. Is this really helpful? Just for track yes, but like all parts, i need more than 10 people. For exemple, because there was rust on this part, i will manufacture a boot for 200SX S13, with makrolon window. Perhaps i could do the same thing for ED/EE/EC.

Cool i was mainly asking just to see if it was something you would be able to do as would be good for track cars but dont think there are enough track cars on here to get the people you need to be able to do the doors.

Had a little search to see if i culd find a pic of the carbon boot for you. Found a link didnt know you could still get them  The boots dont really rust on 4g's though well not like the 200sx as you mentioned but would be very cool, ive only ever seen one 4g with one 8)

Price isn't very expensive for this kind of part. More over in carbon. It cool be carbone parts from China... Warning to quality...
