De-badging

Post by Daron »

Hiya

I've got a replacement bonnet on its way to me which needs a respray, i was wondering about debadging it at the same time. Is it a case of just filling the holes that take the badge? any tips on this?

this got me thinking about doing the same to the back while i'm at it, and also got me thinking about what the rear end would look like with no badge, no logos, tinted lights AND no rear wiper??? What do you think? - i know the wiper is there for a reason but i wash the bugger enough to not need it!! Is this a stupid idea or would it give a subtle unique look to the arse end of the little bugger?

Any thoughts greatfully recieved!!
Cheers

the easy way is to filler everything.

for the rear wiper - get a plate welding in - my friend is getting this done and should be out the bodyshop soon - it does look alot cleaner.

i was gonna de-badge my car but opted not to/
