Strange transmission question HELP!

This is abit of an odd question but im doing an auto manual swap but havent fitted the gear stick on yet and i need to move the car but its in a gear and i dont know which. Soo does any one knnow how to select neutral without a gear stick ??

get under the car and move the bar on the box where the selector attatches

if ya get someone to rock the car back and forward while you move the bar youl surley get it
