Ant one fitted rover rear calliper to 4g????

Need my car fixed this weekend! looking like i cant get seal kit or second hand caliper in time, Motoquip have got a recon passenger side rear Rover calliper for £50, I had a look and it appears to be the same (for a 16v)

will it fit? or is something slightly different?

also if i replace calliper, should i just re bleed the breaks on that side? or do i need to rebleed the whole system?

It's the same, most of the 90's small to mid shape Rovers had the same calliper.
