Hi all,
just wondering if anyone knows of places in europe to buy a bodykit for my DX. I have been looking at the mugen type bodykit, cant seem to find it anywhere except american sites, and im afraid if i order things from usa i am gonna get ripped off with postage.
i also heard the american bodykits need a lot of work to put on as they are not exactly the rght fit.
If anyone has had any experience buying from america or knows a more local decent place to buy from please enlighten me.
Thanks

Agree with the other dudes, bodykits are generally wrong.

how bad is this:

Maybe a j's front lip and/or a chargespeed rear spoiler.....

ive had my license 2 years now, im nearly 20 and this is my third car, have a drift beemer and a Fix It Again Tomorrow, just for getting around also. I am still young but not that naieve. Just checkin out all my options before i put some money into the car.

I cant say i like most of the bodykits for my car, but this one i like. Im also lookin for some standard bumpers if i can find them, i would rather some nice stanard bumpers because i think there is a very fine line between this car lookin amazing and terrible and its a lot down to the bumpers on how the car looks overall i think.

Thanks for the links, shall check em out.

I agree with you, most of the kits dont look great but i do think there are a few exceptions.

This is the one that i like , If its not possible to get something very similar to this then i will be rethinking what i want

That looks like a wings west kit to me

yea it is wings west but ive noticed there are a lot of them that are the same with just different names and makes. In my opinion i think it looks nice but im gonna keep looking for some second hand bumpers and things first.

I find it hard to look for bumpers as i am not too sure of all the names of the different ones that i am looking for. I would know what bumpers i think look nnice but i am not sure of the model names if you know what i mean.

I think so too... is a more subtle Mugen-style kit. TBH...I quite like those kits IF done right. Still not seen one in the flesh though that pulls it off perfectly.

I would listen the the above comments.

yep, i will be taking these comments into account as i am only learning with this car at the moment,
I agree with you that this kit has to be done perfect and i dont really plan on doing anything on this car half assed- waste of money then.

Just wondering what this front bumper is from and are they hard to get, this is one of my favorites but i wouldnt know where to start lookin for it.

Go without a kit, looks awful on this model of civic for some reason.

If you want to kit up a civic, get an eg or ek as you can get some nice kits which fit onto the original bumpers for that look you want.

like the ek chargespeed kit etc

Im a fan of the wings west kit if its done PROPERLY. The kits usually a S*!t fitting so if its not adjusted and fitted by a pro it looks gash.

I think this Combo would work very well on a 4G.

VT Bonnet, VT light, Mugen CRX front bumper, CRX VT indicators, CRX wings and side skirts and rear bumper from a wings west kit.

Always wanted to try that.
