Thats going to be some Job

To fix that properly, ALL rust will have to be cut out, won't be much car left when thats done.

I admire you for taing this on, its possible, but will be a LOT of work to do it properly.

All bar the screen surround, thats all easily do-able, 2 new doors, 2 new rear arch sections, 2 sills, a hatch, a sheet of steel to make some bits you can't buy like the screen rot, and then lots of time.
I've restored beetles in worse condition.

Do it, save another one.

I would.

Ive seen worse.

Would be the same as restoring any other VT youl just have to replace abit more metal but its all in the usual areas.

Go for it bro!
