Sedan Build

Post by vtec_gloucester »
i went and got myself an EF sedan... how very cool of me. LOL

no pics yet but i got a few plans for it that will be taking place very soon... the EK has to go and is still up for sale... reason being is unfortunatly i am going bankrupt so i am selling the EK other wise they will just take it off me, the wont bother taking an EF that i paod £150 for. LOL

anyway, like i said, paid a massive £150 for the seden and what a little bargin. 1.4 duel carb auto baby! gunna be some mad tyt JDM pimpin. haha

no MOT at the moment, needs a little welding to pass but that will be sorted once the EK is sold.

only 85k on the clock with 2 previous owners... gotta love it.

could do with a service as well, plugs, oil, filter... you know... the usual stuff that everyone does when buying a new car.

plans are simple really... make it stand out and look cool, fresh

- matt black (rattle can y0!)
- pana sport pro ralley wheels (look like mini lite wheels) painted bright yellow
- slammed on its A$$! either on coilovers or shocks / coilover springs
- graphitti boot lid
- universal roof bars with roof box... graphitti'd
- powerflow s/s back box (twin 3" tail pipe) just for looks... no other reason.
- nice new head unit, speakers and a sub (i have missed having a sub in my cars. lol)

gunne be a few more litte things here and there... some JDM, USDM and euro style touch's.

will get some pics up a.s.a.p and keep this thread up-to-date as much as i can.

i am aiming to have most of the work done for the next sout mimms meet... fingers crossed.

dont want to get to ahead of myself but the EK might be gone on monday so that means work on the sedan will start straight away... woohoo :o

soon as i get cash for the EK the following will happen to the seden within the week...

- stainless powerflow exhaust (nothing special, just a twin 3" tail pipe for looks)
- oil, filter, plug changed
- MOT
- pana sport wheels shot blaster and powder coated yellow
- car rattle can'd matt black
- golf vr6 front lip
- bonnet lift
- cd player, speakers, amp, sub fitted
- ghetto style cutting the springs. lol. after the MOT off course. haha. just to get a decent ride height and is only temp until i can get hold of some coilovers.

comments, thoughts?

not much of an up-date but im gunna try and keep this thread alive. lol. lots of pics soon.
cutting springs is fine, if done to a decent level... lol... its only a temp thing anyway.

shocks wont last long and the ride is super bumper. lol
