I get this occasionally when the weather is really bad and I'm motoring a bit....although I tend not to need wipers at 120mph...usually the weather is good then
So what's the remedy to fixing them?....new motors or to tighten something up? I
started using RainX on the windows. As long as they are thoroughly clean before application, it works so well that I hardly need to use my wipers at all...ever...lol.

they have rubber seals around them where they sit in the scuttle panel
water sits in there and rots the seals away,. which lets water in and i guess corrodes part(s) of it and "loosens" it, so it then moves at high speeds.
mine havent done it for ages though, but its not like i go over 80 when its raining anyway. i hate driving in the rain.
RainX ftw!!
