:D
Yep.
I know they are the same, but I got these as a lot for a very good price, and didn't have any springs to go with the B16B ones.

Nothing new to report really.
Bought a couple more parts for the rebuild, they should be here next week.

And I swapped cam covers, so I can modify my factory one and repaint it.

The Speedboat got injured yesterday. Someone slid into my wing coming out a junction.

:(

I jetted out all the snow and salt from yesterday, today, only to see underseal falling off the chassis from the arches.
Brilliant! Just what you need in the thick of winter, and another thing that needs sorting.

:x

Few pics...
I had to pull the front of the wing out as it was touching the wheel almost, so doesnt look as bad now. I hope this is all the damage there is, and nothing too sinister, ie; suspension/buckled wheel, driveshaft... He didn't hit me too hard, and as I slid on the ice to the kurb that helped. I won't know until the snow has gone. I was lucky to just get this damage, I was expecting it to be cream crackered!

This picture has came out a bit odd with the line of the bonnet, but it has pushed the wing up slightly.
The screws don't line up for the front bumper in the arch either.
Definately need a 'new' arch.

That sucks about the damage. When you go out in the snow I am sure most people worry about themselves crashing, you don't really think about getting hit by someone else.

Hope you can find an wing without too much bother.

With regards to the underseal, it does require a lot of work, I spent about a day on each side of the car making sure mine was in top shape before the snow started. But it needs refreshed at least twice a year to stay effective.

Aye, mine hasnt been done for about a year. I have the stuff to do it too, so not too bad.

Need to strip the rear and check the insides see how they are coping. last time i checked was about a year ago too.

What a kick in the teeth. :(
I'm sure the bonnet can be popped back though. I hope underneath the wing is ok. ive opened the bonnet and all look straight.
