Re: SiR-CUE's Black EF9 - 'I'm Back'
Started to have some problems recently,
Car started miss/ hestitate, and dizzy went pop.
my first thought was the dizzy was on way out.
so i replaced it temporary with a another dizzy off my other car,
until i got the old one recond.
Was driving home, and the car cut off,
starting doing same thing again,
No spark from Dizzy,
Now i was pis**d off.
so i called a friend, and he said there was a problem somewhere.
Some electric issue, some short somewhere.
After investigating, i realised the problem:
Melted O2 / Lambda sensor.

Re: SiR-CUE's Black EF9 - 'I'm Back'
the car is running in Limp mode, does not rev more that 4000 RPM
Not sure what the problem is.
changed a few bits and bats, but still the same issue.
Changed complete Dizzy,
changed coil within dizzy,
checked rotor arm,
checked dizzy cap,
doubled checked dizzy wires,
replaced lambda sensor & plug,
double checked the lambda sensor wires,
changed ht leads,
replaced with new spark plugs,
swapped map sensor,
checked all fuses,
checked jumper-harness wires,
checked & swapped ECU,
reset ECU,
But still havent sorted the problem out,
Got a new fuel filter, need to change.
But running out of ideas?
so any info/ advice would be appreciated.

^^.. thanks bro, its fine,
you just get on the mend,
once your sorted give me a shout.
Yes it looks does ok, but its the other issue thats pissing me off,
i was suppose to take it back, just to sort a few little bits and bats.
But cant do anything until i get the revving issue sorted.

Re: SiR-CUE's Black EF9 - 'I'm Back'
it has ek9 ecu, has jumper harness.
But i've been told by Tahir, that the jumper harness should have 2-wires that i can do diagnostic check.
so will give it a go tomorrow.

Yes, but mine doesnt have any lose wires, they all join up,
i've checked it a few times, but cant seem to see any wires that are not connected.
