No bother mate - but I can't rate the meet highly enough - theres always next year and I'm there for sure, esp for a few more laps!

And well, today was a big day as I have officially SLAMMED the motor! 8) 8) 8)

Sorry for the crappy pic, but you get the idea - I'll take a few more at the weekend

Thanks to Mo for the springs! :D

Cheers! I am still astounded by the lack of bodyroll and improved cornering. I've had lowered cars before but none have had such an improved effect. My mud flaps will need cutting now though. Scrape!

btw - Please excuse the wheels - my rears were well illegal after returning from the Nurburgring so I've had to put on my old alloys on the back.

TBH I cant even tell you've slammed it, then after comparing it to your old pics it is an improvement.... :top:

I think thats cos there is never a civic on here with standard springs! Its a hell of a drop, or feels like it as I'm scraping my mud flaps over any kind of bump and speed bumps are once again an absolute b*****d.

I'll take some better pics at the weekend and do a before / after and you'll see the difference!

Been a busy day today....

Received a few things this week:

got some gearbox oil from mr honda so replaced it today - gearbox now feels A1!! :D
Image

A Spoon Sports rear upper brace, a front upper brace and some rear mudguards 8)
Image

Took some custom modification to get both struts in nicely but definately worth it.

Spoon one in:

Front one in, minus my dash pot:

Also, got the car wrapped in some new expensive rubber:

Fitted the rear mud guards, and have shortened the ones at the front. Also replaced the front shocks on both sides as the old ones were knackered. Sits quite nicely now i think!

Have also taken the red pin stripe off - was gonna replace it but now i'm not so sure, the bump strips have come up well.

car feels great now its been slammed, tracked, new rubber and stiffened - its like its on rails - great fun
