Why does the gauge read zero at night?

I fitted the gauge on Tuesday, but ran out of time to fit the sandwich plate, But, if the guage doesnt see the senser, it constantly flashes, which is annoying

Yeah, for some reason they are. Mine's the same size (autogauge too).
I was wondering about running it off a T from the turbo feed pipe when fitting that. I've seen that done on Eddies car.

Oil was still on offer at the local one.
Giz, take a drive and buy a few cans.
Certainly worth it !

What's the part number on the brake pads ?
Any idea on the drums ?

Shoes where eBay mintex jobbies. Like £11 delivered.

If I get this new job. I'll be running the shuttle on some millers 10w60. As it won't be used for work anymore :)

What's the crack with 10-60, much thinner?

Mate runs it in his 400hp+ EG turbo too, recommended by Ricky.

Good for N/A cars too?

Was recommended by pete as it cured all his oil temp issues. It's thicker so doesnt break down as quick as it handles heat better

It's good for track use. But you may suffer some Mpg loss on a daily engine

Been trying to solve my Water leaking issues. Every time it rains, i end up with a puddle in the passenger footwell, which has caused some "Damage" to the actual floor. It seems to have been a previous issue, as there is a repair to the underside of the actual chassis rail underneath the car, and signs of a previous repair on the inside of the floor.

I first thought this was the issue, this grommet with the cowl screws into, as the seal had gone dry, and there was some evidence of instant gasket holding it in. So removed, cleaned and used some Seam sealer to glue it back in place. The heater motor is directly under this grommet

This didnt solve my problem. So, i removed the heater box out and had a closer look. Yep, Someone has certainly been here before...
Image

There was a hole here, where the rust is, So treated it and seam sealed it. Unfortunatly, the leak wasnt here...
Image

Turned out to be this hole....I'm assuming someone has got stuck, maybe leafs or something on the inner workings of the A-Pillar. So i covered the hole from the inside, and seam sealed it. The water has been coming through a hole (Mid-right under my screw driver) - Again, so i seam sealed it shut
Image

It currently doesn't leak....But i may re-seal it after a week or so just to be safe. Once thats done. Ill repair the floor inside!

And i repainted my wipers since they were off.
Image

Not bad for 24year old paint....Looks lush when i can actually be arsed to polish it...
