Keep eyes open on ebay/forums for any suspicious activity, also ask about ask if anyones been offerd one etc. My mate had a 106gti in white stolen, not just to steal it and sell for parts, but to steal it noting here the engine wasn't wired up so went through the effort of towing it 20miles away, just to burn it! Its honestly people who don't give a crap someones put every penny they have into there pride, there scum! Sorry to here it though mate, but don't let it put you off, get extra crazy locks on your garage etc.

brand new kaaz 1.5 lsd and brand new Ats 4.9 final drive
Ctr s4c with all new synchros and bearings!
So all in including rebuild and fitting stands over €2000
Got broken into again the night after
2 tonne trolley jack and grinder gone now too!!
same foot print found again just opposite foot this time!

Stayed outside the garage all night hoping someone would show and id have my fun but typically no one came!

Cant afford to build another box and wont settle for any less than i had
So to be honest i dont know what to do?
First things first move the car to the new 'secure' lock up iv viewed

Take a break from it for a couple of weeks and check your funds and work out what's best don't give up on it though

moving to oz in less than a month so its on hold for a good while..
