WELLZ's Build (Updated 24/05/12 ) Back on track!!

Hehe thanks guys. Yeh it is an April fools joke kinda, but im hoping for it to be ready around that time!

Only let it run for a few seconds, as its still in my garage and running open header, and it doesn't take alot to piss my neighbours off!

But it fired up straight away and the engine had been sitting for at least 3 years!

Going to hook my exhaust up, finish the brake lines off, hook my handbrake cables up then drop it back on the floor for the weekend. Then ill roll it outside and get it running properly. There were a few funky things going on with my lights etc, which i assume must be a bad earth! However i still have a few plugs not hooked up to anything

Ive heard it make a noise though, so that was enough to put a smile on my face for now!

lol, i dont think its anywhere near worthy for a mag feature!!

However, a good mate of mine is a photographer, so a photoshoot is a must!

Got a bit more done tonight!! We set about fitting my exhaust properly as i couldn't quite get the middle section in possition on my own! I had a few decat pipes to choose from, and it turned out the one from my old Rover was the perfect length!

A couple of minutes later...

Runs really smooth, blows out a bit of black smoke though, but it has been stood for 3 years, so its expected!

Sure!

Got the car back on 4 wheels and out of the garage today! Had it running for a good 10 minutes and bled the cooling system.

Neilvtec turned up, showing off his new shoes!!

Also fitted the battery box, found a decent earthing point, and finished off the cabling!

Got a few more pictures as i know a few of you wanted to see the whole car!! Hope you like!

And after all that, i got to drive it under its own steam for the first time, back into the garage LMAO!
