Got these from johnsonca today...

I have a feeling I need slightly longer ones though, as the connecting points in the arches are extremely rusty (they were an advisory on the last MoT)

Been to the Beagle again. I really don't think the owner likes me lol, always seems real grumpy. I think I need to make one more visit to get bodypanels, then no more!

Today I got...

- Drivers side seat runners
- Door window switches and wiring
- Rear passenger side tail light
- Rear cargo/trunk setup, with speakers
- JDM velvet coin tray
- JDM rear seat belt latches
- x1 rear fog light
- Concerto dash mat
- Loads of switches

Day 171-212

Haven't been doing much recently as the weather is aweful, it starts to get dark around 4pm, and I don't have much to do, plus I've been busy stripping a CRX.

But inbetween things, I've been playing around with a CRX seat, and a spare set of seat runners I got from the Beagle. I modified the runners, to line up with the seat base, but it still needs 1" more width to reach across over all the bolt holes on the chassis. So I think I need to get the arch welder out again, and spot some small brackets onto the seat base (inside side of seat), so I can then bolt it to the runner. I can't bolt a piece of metal to the seat then the runner - as there wouldn't be enough room to do so.
The outside runner needs to stay roughly in the same position, so you stay central to the steering wheel. But it could do with going outwards by 20mm.

Here's a couple of pics, of what I've done so far...

Modified outside runner holes...

Made a makeshift cable stay for the runners' cable to get tension on...

I've also been cleaning up some VT calipers which I thought would fit, but they don't have the bolting points in the same place, but 96 spec ITR's do. I mis-read the how-to on HCW.

And I received these today...
One needs a re-con, which will have to be done by Tein, which will be £50-60. So not so bad.

And that's about it for now.

If you need some more adjustment rings due to them being seized (been there) I've got some left over.
IIRC they were 9quid each from Tein. Soon adds up!!

So those brake lines are for a civic with rear drums?
Can you please measure one of the rear lines from end to end inc the connectors?

yeh they are for rear drum civic's, so basically a DX.
i can measure one yeh.
i might get some HEL eg ones, so they are longer and have adjusting mounting points, as my ends on the shuttle are rusted to feck!

Fair enough, but do they fit ?!?

Regardless of keeping them, it would be handy to know if the shuttle ones are exactly the same length as the civic ones, seeing as the arm & brakes are totally different
