Thanks very much :D , I am sure there are a lot people who are jealous of your new siR!!

I would love to go to JAE but I don't think I could afford to, as it would mean getting a boat over, staying
somewhere for a day or two and than getting a boat back!!

I actually wasn't aware that you had to cut the cross member!! :(

I think I will wait till the new engine is in as it may sit very sllightly lower than the A1.

Went up to Honda today to collect my parts. Not much more to get now!!
Except they gave me the wrong part - I need a Cam seal for the behind the dizzy but I think they gave me the other
cam seal. Its a bit annoying because the nearest Honda dealer is a hour and a half away.

Does anyone know the Part number for the seal I need? Or the correct name?

Nice parts dude!

As regards to cutting the crossmember, WTF! :? I fitted my supersprint on over the weekend and fitted perfect!

I wouldn't cut up my car to fit an ebay manifold!

i was reading another blog on another site and loads of people have had to notch the cross member to fit the manifold. mines a 4 into 1 and the 4 branches go all the way down the front so there doubled up ,i suppose you only have to mod the cross member to fit manis where the 4 braches are doubled up so it sticks out more?

Cheers, thats the one I ordered (12513-PH5-003) but they gave me this one 12513-P30-000. It looks like
this (without obviously the skunk2 part) you can see a photo of it a few pics up^^^

The one I need should have a whole in the middle shouldn't it?

Follow this link and then go to page 114, at the bottom left of that page there is a circle with a diagram in it
- the o-ring mentioned in there is the one I need.

i thought that with a 4-2-1 manifold you didnt have to cut the precious cross member! why dont you purchase 1 of those? i know that with the manifold you have already got, not only do you have to cut cross member it scrapes of the ground constantly whilst driving, if your ride is low! an the scraping on the ground is due to the 4 down pipes and not the2 like the 4-2-1

Because I don't have £550 :(

It shouldn't do as the design is that all 4 pipes merge togather flat, it only sticks down about 1cm more than a 4-2-1.
The problem is with the 4-1's that are styled like this:

You can see the way the pipes on the bottom double up!! sorry about the small pic, its the best I could find
