Nope, Honda's.
My bad, I missed a couple of words.

My point is there's too many variations so I kept it simple.
Some could argue that Daz's B20 is over 2000cc. At York that would put you in a different class.

But hey, what do I know.

Good point.
When do you draw he line and say you are not competing within the spirt of the "rules" ?

So a V6 twin turbo 4g would be ok then ?

Are we saying it's down to classes based on engine size?
What about forced induction and nitrous? Do you up the cc category or have a new one?

Basically, is there much of a point in building a 1.3 turbo and whooping the records or are "rules" going to detract from the kudos?

You could argue, BUt a B20 with 84.5mm bore is still under 2000cc

1996.43cc to be exact. Thats why it was done to keep it under 2litre. Piv's is over 2000cc mind.

The N/A "Benchmark" was a farce all that time then.
Farce? you're right.
I never included CPL's 2.0 n/a Civic that ran a 12.5 in 2007.
Feel free to update it.

As I Said below,

This thread is useless without timing slips, pics and spec list.

It's for discussion right, or is it a bitch fest?

To those who have set these "rules", it's going to be pretty hard to please everyone.

I say fcuk it to the rules and everybody just have fun.

Those that neeeeeeeed to keep quoting figures/times for willy waving or whatever, then fair enough as long as it keeps them happy who cares? Not me.

So let me get this straight.

After filling the thread with quotes and replies you're gonna jump on the "who cares? not me" boat.

Genius. 8)
