I wet sanded and buffed the headlights on my green SiR and the beam pattern was fine.

Yeah I had ages ago too, I just thought they had to be glass.

To be honest my exhaust is too loud. I will probably get a new rear box made at ProSpeed at some point.

I picked up two plug covers from Ben yesterday at Mimms, and managed to spray them this afternoon. One silver, one black, the silver is still drying, but I think I prefer black.




Also, Tahir made a good suggestion to twist the servo breather on the back of the intake round, so it would be hidden as it now points downwards. Makes all the difference.











I also took the JDM-Sh!t lip off today, and have sold it. I was never 100% on it and think it's too big, I prefer the standard lip.

It's not as pleasurable as it should be though. I'd like new wheel bearings, drop-links, engine mounts, gearbox swapped etc.... and with just lowering springs it can't hold it's ground on high speed corners.

Still puts a massive smile on my face. I just went to pick up a new bike, and while I was on the phone in a pub car park I heard a little girl say "wow thats a really cool car"... it's always the kids, the parents are always so reserved.
