iacv valve needed cleaning? my ED7 used to do that
White ED7 - sold
Black EE9 - Rust can

The valves were re seated when I built the engine. There's a chance i've nicked a steam seal when fitting the valves though. I'd never built a head before, I was impressed i managed to do it to be honest.

IIRC it still needs a lambda. There's one as a bung in the maniold, and one I extended went with the car. Both Lambda's are turned on in the ECU as well, one will need turning off.

tried doing the idle valve today still doing it its reving while its even hot lol pissing me off abit when in neutral at lights its just reving its self 1000rpm to 1500rpm hunting

Hunting can be due to air lock in the water system, mine did it, bled the system and it went away...

When I changed my T/B, I had an air leak on the gasket, this also caused it to hunt on idle...

I don't know if my mate will post his chips out, he likes to know they're working, ie tested in an ecu. I'll have a word and see if he'll chip you an ecu mate. Might have t post him one if he doesnt have one lying around. I'll get back to you about it mate.
