i remade my circlip recess with a hacksaw and a lot of patience, it might sound hill billy but it works fine, i use my car everyday, drag race it etc and i have done 3k in it so far. my joints are starting to click now on full lock, they are small cv joints but i did fill them with white grease which i shouldnt of, gonna sort this over the winter with new bigger cv joints and different drive flanges, and fire the turbo engine in it.

Its been a busy couple of weeks, been very reliable except for to knackerd fuel pumps, so decided to fix the problem once and for all, a lift pump/swirl pot and high pressure pump, its still in the prototype stage, have ordered a new pump and some p clips to keep the pipe work secure and the back seats will be going back in, got myself a decent induction kit off ebay for 20 quid, it was brand new, aem, its meant for a 4g but fits this just fine, going to finaly lower it in the next couple of weeks.
i want to know if anyone has a set of rev counter clocks for a 3g for sale

its been a long cold winter, the old 3gs been keeping warm in a garage whilst i made plans for it, gone are the chavy wheels and nuts, i am leading th the stock/sleeper look

i also decided to lower it, not too much just enough i think,
i also changed the engine ready for my turbo conversion, as i had flogged the d15 to death, then i came across a jackson racing super charger, will find out monday if it will fit, it looks tight

If it doesnt fit, please let me know the info as I'm on the look out for a JRSC.

I suspect the back fitment might be ok, but the double pulley on the alternator is going to be a problem with the frame rails ?

the charger fitted fine, as predicted the double pulley would need to be almost behind the dash board, so its back to the original plan, a 1600 bottom end, and a little turbo, it was a pain to get the turbo in,
