thats not me in the photo, its my mate and tuner ian,

i will be getting more photos soon, im not very good at this forum stuff, lol.

not had it on rollers yet so no bhp figures, will be going on in the next few weeks,

its basically d16a9 fully built bottom end with cp pistons and eagle rods, arp bolts, cometic gasket,

standard head and cams for now, looking to upgrade over winter,

act 6 paddle clutch,

running map-ecu2 @ 17 psi,

got a bit of suspension problem at the moment so on the lookout for a set of fully adjustable coilovers and a traction bar,

just upgraded the wheels to rota gt3,

full carbon bonnet and wings,

recaro carbon bucket seats,

custom home made roll cage,

probably lots more that ive forgotten aswell.

cheers.

Very impressive time - I thought you must have had a big shot of N20:wink:

Must be in the 275bhp + range right?

Ever had the car weighed?

Get a FULL spec up lad!

17psi thats pretty good, I never managed any more than 18psi, as it kept lifting the head.

I would estimate close to 300bhp with that setup and gas.

The fact the car is running 12.5's shows its got some power.

good work.

told you im rubbish at this,

turbo is a T3T4 hybrid with the smallest T3 exhaust housing to make it spool quicker, 38mm external wastegate with screamer pipe,

power wise im hoping for about 300 but we'll see.

keep having problems with the manifold cracking so going to be building a custom one over winter for next season,

exhaust is full 2.5" stainless but that will be different for next year aswell.

no doubt you will all pick up on more ive missed,

cheers.

its fully t&t and insured, i do drive it quite a bit, but not every day,

the turbo is all garrett apart from the compressor cover, yes the manifold is a cheap ebay one, it works but not very good quality, going to use it as a template to make a steel one.

This is as close as you're going to get until he gets his finger out!
This was at York a couple of years ago. 11.00pm and changing the head in the middle of an old airfield! The things we do for fun!!
