So been cracking on with a few bits while i gather other parts needed so started by painting the arospeed calipers red was a bit faded and chipped so purple it was instead few pics of the progress

Striped and masked bleed nipples and bolts

After a coat or two of the base colour

One one left is base coat, one on the right is finished colour

Next i started to change the cars colour stuck to Nh-o and happy enough with it after a few coats

Still to flat it back and throw the clear coat over it but colors sweet on a boxy

Also picked these up instead of the ta tecnika`s have preload and dampining adjustment so should be better also eibach 60 mm spring

Also painted the mounting feet on the rear integra strut the same colour as the brakes thats all for now more soon :thumbup:

So been cracking on with few bits got an act 4 puk clutch off Ian cheers for that so wiped of the box and threw it in and seems already had a organic stage 2 in it just not sure what make ??,

So next the hatch was primed ready for the paint

Front and rear filler bars primed

Next will be priming the rear spoiler + bonnet underside and getting it more champ white all around and filling and smoothing the bay for some paint might just do it champ white dont know yet :scratch:

Should be picking up some rear brakes and handbrake cables tues from local breakers

Then just need to find some wheels to clear the front brakes something 16 and jap in 4x100 :scratch:

Ohlins coilovers are very good ;) And rare in 4G fitment.

Yeah there rare enough but only shocks not coils hence the eibach springs + poly top mounts :top:

Few more bits primmed last night for paint tomoro itching to get them painted and back on

So got a bit more of the car painted rear spoiler inside the hatch front t bar , front strut got a coat of Ford velvet purple metalic as did the brakes again as last coat was a bit thin also started to smooth the bay with the filler and my little detail sander oh the dust from doing it is shocking but should look nice and add a nice depth to the paint in the bay still not sure purple or champ white when i`m finished it all

I've got Ohlins and they are coilovers. Technically there a coilover as the coil goes over the shock anyway :P
But they are height adjustable and dampening adjustable.
If you take the spring off the metal perch at the bottom has 4 different height stages to go too.
Also if you stick a allen key in the top there are about 30 clicks of adjustment.

Mine are like this anyway. But mine have a different top mount, I tried to put poly bushes in but mine have rubber bushes with a metal pin in and were completely different shapes :S

Wheres the sump to floor clearance pic?! In my ek there isn't much so will be interesting to see yours :lol:

Will be welding a skid plate to the sump because its fairly low tbh

Since i knicked the wheels from this for my other civic been looking out for a set of something rare and jap found such a thing mighten suit every one but have a plan for them in need of a refurb atm but will get around to it soon enough so will be spliiting and doing ? ? with them for the min :P soon enough :lol:

Also picked up a set of rear ef-8/ee-8 calipers and hand brakecables

And a rear anti roll bar set up :D all in all

There Rays texan shot-gun 16x7 et37, forged and real light and two piece and cheap as chips no center caps but using blox purple extended wheel nuts so no need for them nor would they fit with them so wouldn`t fit them it they had centers :D
