Had one of mine crashed into awhile back twice in fact Never gets any less gutting

Hope you get it sorted out, she not accepting liability were you parked stationary ? CCTV ? Witness's ?

Anything that can help show it was her fault ? Show her then go outside insurance if possible as they will only write your car off.

So how it happened, i was reversing out of a space, looked saw the women coming down the car park at quite a speed, so i stopped (with my brakes lights on) with my bumper sticking out of the space. She was oblivious to me being to the last second, then she must of saw me and tried avoid me and she ended up still hitting me. And you see by the orientation of the damage on my car and the damage on hers it was her fault. I left a slight crease in her door red pinstripe down side of her car, where has glanced me, showing that it was her fault. And you can she by the extent of the bumper damage that she was going was too fast to react in time. There is no CCTV in the part of car park that it happened. I informed my insurance that it happened and they asked is the car still drivable and i said yes, i would only have to repair the light and any sharp edges on the damaged parts for it to completely road legal. they said just keep the pictures that i took and don't phone the women because that anything i say could be used if it goes to court, just wait for her/her insurance to get in contact with me.

So i will see how it goes i suppose

So a spent a few hours today fixing my rear end, so it's legal/drivable, so i can go to work for next week. Done temp fix on the rear light, until i get a new one, with some perspex, silicone, translucent red tape and a reflector. I used a heat gun, hammer and some brute force to get the bumper and number plate bracket back into usable shape. I also filed and taped over any sharp edges.

That damage is no reason not to turn up next week!
