Well, had a good couple of days this weekend!

I've had a knocking noise coming from the front right under slowish speed and decided to have a look on Saturday. After closer inspection, there was a loose washer on my new TRE that the garage fitted! Livid, but all fixed now.

This meant I can now do a few bits to the engine bay - front strut brace back in and a new custom rad mount for my gl/dx rad.

Started with a plain sheet of aluminium:

The old mount was seriously ghetto:

soon got it to look like this:

and put it on:

Also, found this kicking about so stuck it in the engine bay:

Also found a spoon decal just perfect for my rear brace:

Also managed to grab a bucket seat off a mate and replace my knakcered vt seat! Feels so much better.

Must say its mega good fun on the old b roads now 8)

Yes to the Spoon Sports sticker, no to the B16 Tuning one.

As for being fun on the old B-roads, I bet it is. I bet your a very happy guy aswell and rightly so. Nice vt you got there.

Keep up the good work Richy. :top:

I wouldn't go 300mm, without pas it would make the wheel much harder to turn, parking wouldn't be much fun.

Agreed, but I may have to comproimise as the standard wheel is 350mm and is just way too big. 325mm would be ideal really
