Yep true, however my mate Lucky (now MFisher's) had PAS fitted to his VT.

It's just a matter of finding a whole CRX SiR breaking and nabbing every bit for it.

Yeh, i wouldnt mind it to be honest if I could find all the bits in one go. maybe in the future i'll have a spare white VT and a CRX siR for spares :D

I imagine this is going to take a back seat for a while with your recent news?

Well, actually my uncle just phoned saying your car is ready to be picked up after engine bay paint.

Im gonna stick it in the garage and it will indeed be taking a bit of a back seat. Considering how much needs doing with itand how little time I will now have.

Maybe do 1 thing a week to it, if I get the time.

It's not going anywhere, only thing, it has dropped down the pecking order with our bundle of joy joining us. :)

When i changed my rack i just removed the lot and was still a PITA
If you take the whole track rod off(not the track rod end) you can get it out/in.

It has come a long way you are right about that!

You will eventually forget about the EG and stick with the EF, because that's a natural progression. ;)

If I won the lottery, expect LOTS of EF9 projects on here.

Just to keep this thread alive.

Few things added to the mix:

Innovative Traction Bar
I-Tuned mounts (70a black)
AEM Tru Time pulleys
1" Master Cylinder and servo
More Energy Suspension bushes
Black Samco's for Radiator

Probably more that ive forgotten.

I still need a PAS rack, front LCA bushes, fuel filter, gearbox and a few other bits and bobs.

The engine bay has been painted and it looks sparkling clean now, all the little bits going back in will be cleaned, painted or replaced if needs be.

The rotating assembly (crank, pulley, flywheel, rods, pistons, bolts) are all at Rob Walker Engineering getting balanced.

They are also going to measure up my crank for bearing sizes and supply ACL Duraglide rod, mains and thrust.

It's a marathon not a sprint ;)
