I came out of a roundabout the other day and my car oversteered!! My rear tyres have good tred, but it was raining hard. Have i upset the handling by lowering it 50mm on standard shocks? Has this happened to anyone else?

sounds like a CRX in the dry
To drive CRX at the limit takes a lot skill and er balls!!!

yeah i would uprate your shocks you will be sliding because your shocks bottom out which means you have no suspension so it will slide like a go kart because you have no give

my back end came out once in the dry when i nailed it round a corner in front of loads of kids in 1.1 saxos, felt like a king
but in the wet i take it soo steady, saftey first! haha

Hi there,
Good to meet you yesterday at JTS.
If you saw my Civic on track, you'll have seen that they do have a bit of oversteer - it helps get the line tighter round the bends.
However, I agree with the others, get the shocks changed - hard springs and soft shocks are not happy bedfellows! Without stating the obvious, don't lift off as you are turning in, either....
