NEWCOMER - civic 1.6 dohc EF9
Hi this is the first time using any sort of forums,
seems good fun,
i just bought a pair of alloys of ebay and the lad advised me to use this website,
i have a 1990 honda civic 1.6 DOHC VTEC, its an import SIR (EF9),
i had two EF9 sir but had to sell one couple weeks ago to my friend,
as soon as i take some pictures i will post them up.
Very good car, very clean, the owner bought it from the showroom from abroad and imported it him self as he moved down south, and kept it ever since, and i bought it of him early last year.
its now got 142k KILOMETERS on the clock, so its low milage, all service history, MOTs, import papers, ect. I had he vti alloys on them but just bought a pair of sprint hart racing alloys of ebay and lowered it. looks nice and a full customised exhaust system (2 1/4" pipe) with a performance g-ready backbox. I have kept the original airbox but with the pipercross performance air filter, and i have a set of 9.2mm ht leads. Thats prob about it at the top of my head,
next job will be upgrading my brakes, im am taking the 4pot calipers and discs from a old honda legend, al see how it goes.
Im a performance inthusiast so its in the process of hard core tuning.
Let me know what you thisn. Thank
