More work was done over these couple of weeks. I had a problem with the clutch, it took us whole week to figure out what was the problem. It was the hose from the upper to lower cylinder. It was out of rubber and wasn't holding the pressure. The guy at the store basically sold me the wrong thing.
Brake setup:
-EP3 calipers( sandblasted, cataphoresis, black 800C paint), new pistons, new gaskets. 2mm milled caliper bracket.
-Ferodo DS2500 brake pads
-280mm Clio RS (172/182) discs (Brembo max)
-HEL performance braided lines
-1" master cylinder
-ATE superblue brake fluid
I use standard hubs (not VT ones).
Clio RS (172/182) discs (standard, just for mockup) - 280mm test fitted with EP3 carrier. It needed some machining in the middle of the carrier and will need milling 2mm to offset it in the center of the disc.

HEL braided lines for the rears, I already have the fronts installed

Calipers back from cataphoresis

Painted with 800°C resistant paint, these look better than new!

While we are at the brakes, we needed a simple table

More work around the engine itself was done. I bought an Integra air box pipe and an EK VTI airbox, ditched the resonators, modded the rubber pieces which now just slide in the ITR pipe. Looks OEM like I wanted, I used what came with the box. I plastidipped the airbox and it looks really good with the texture.
I actually like the looks more than an ITR airbox, the VTI is more clean with the lines running over the whole lid.
It also nicely hides the cable/hose mess behind the gearbox. I still need to make cold air ducting from the bumper to the box and the mount to bolt it down.

OEM looking coupling, it is angled which is really perfect.

As for the chassis stuff. I put the bumper back on.

Hiding in the shadows

The roof was really dull looking, the paint is burnt.

So I decided to do a ghetto fix.

Obviously not done yet

Put the bonnet on aswell, I needed to space the bonnet for 22mm to close OK and I think the valve cover is still touching the sound deadening on the bonnet. I don't like this look, but it will do for some time. I will probably make some 10mm spacers to lower the engine.
