Re: UK's First Teal EC9 *I IS BACK!*

Post by R3H4N »

Damn! almost been a year since i last posted/updated,but yeah im back ! hopefully this time to complete the car off once and for all as the weather seems to be getting better by the day now, which was the only reason i stopped working on the car as i dont have a indoor place :not top:,but anyways enough of that so far iv managed to drag it out of the drive and give it a good wash and scrub inside and out,had a few things left for painting so thought i'd start with that for now until other main parts arrive.

And parked up again looking all fresh and clean :top:

So got the bonnet off gave it a scrub and flat down ready for some primer
Image
And the flatting begins
Image
gave it a quick wash and dry before paint

Primer on
Image
Paint also on

Still need another 1 or 2 coats of paint before laquer goes on aswell as the t-bar and a few other bits need painting, which i will be doing straight after this post

Good to see this being finished 8) Are you gonna spray the mounting part of the wings also? I couldn't help but notice you're missing a door trim just like most of the 4g builds (including mine).. Those are starting to be a mission to find here in Slovenia :|
