Re: Brenda (UK's first sedan on air ride)
So figured i best do my weekend run through
finished detailing the car up on friday morning and she looked pretty damn good as allways
And at 2pm friday i set off on what i knew would be a badass trip
Drove to a friend in portsmouths (well his parents as there were speedbumps on the way to his) and the car sat tucked up overnight whilst i went frankie and bennies and got a bit drunk on JD
Then got up fairly early and headed down to the show where i got an undercover spot thankfully
Was a good show had a right laugh with a lot of people and saw some super nice cars
had a drift with the RC car and ate a load of pasties and drank bass shandy all day then saw this
watched it take off it was an awesome sight tbh!
After the show me and sam headed up the top of portsmouth to have a burger with one of the most stunning views over the town and sea
its a good spot some nice cars came through and yea i wanna go back there haha
then i took on the monumental speed bumps into sams estate as i was sure id make it through
sat with a chinese and some more JD and played some forza
Nice end to a show day tbh sam even built me a black ma70 supra on his console lmao!
then i said bye to him and his missed sunday morning and thanked them for letting me stay with them and set off again this time to DC in silverstone but it took me a while to get there because of this
by the time i got there several cars had stopped but no police ect yet it was chaos
but i was only a little delayed go to the show about 12ish
met up with the guys from sex, dubs, rock and roll who i met at pod when i went camping for big bang
awesome bunch
had a laugh BUT i lost my front bumper on the way into the show as it was in a shitty feild.....
a lad with a red polo donated some zip ties to me to put it back on and it got me home after the show
but i now need new screws for the brackets in the arch as i lost 2...
and my vr6 splitter is trashed :/ might zipstitch it back together lol but yea i made it home
over 500 miles
3 days
and lots of good times!
weekends like this make me adore this car
was also a really good weekend for the supra as its cemented my plans in place for it
