I prefer the SSR's also, not a huge fan of NS2.

The guy has a point. Annoys me when people do this.
Or just pull in the middle of the road when there's a space a few yards away.

Not directed at B18C'R EK but that Facebook crap parking page personally I couldn't give 1 2 or 3 flying fcuks if the kid wana be sad taking pics of other peoples cars stating about how they parked then he can do whatever he likes some people have a S*!t hobby what can you say but I pay my road tax so whether its road, pathway, garden, grass or motorway if I need to park I need to park straight up he's only expressing his opinion even if its pretty petty somebodys gotta do the job of being a prat and homeboy got skills at that I guess

Funny how's talking about haircuts only went to drop some money off with my barber but might do it again next week when I do go for a haircut lets see if he's good enough to come back for another exclusive feature

So basically last thing that happened on here was got some Sparco NS2 to breathe new life into my old and tired little GL but soon gave up and sold the wheels then £XXXX amount later I just went and bought this

Image

Originally Ed aka Widowmaker and now Walsh123 previous car is now mine

I can say everybody done a wicked job Ed for building the base adding the camshaft and Ethan for maintaining it and keeping it just right truly is an awesome car and is in very good hands.

Have alot of updates so will upload all I have done in the one day I had it in garage

Thanks

I'd keep The new one just as it is. No colour coded lips. The VT wheels look brilliant on it, you should stick to 14's.

The current lips suit it so well I'm not going to change them yet VT wheels are surprisingly nice but I can't let the SSR's go on the other car when I sell it so I'm swapping wheels

Same thread this cars already got 3 why make another might aswell carry on my ownership on same thread shame you couldn't take it for a proper blast Rehan Birminghams got no long stretches and don't forget about the flys haha

So here we go took them both down to garage yesterday to transfer majority of bits over as H468 XUB will be for sale soon as semi standard so whatever I can replace I did yesterday

Image

Parking old one up and new up ready on the ramps

Image

Image

So started with good old Madge up it went to my surprise its mega clean on the sills and the arches are strong but have some rust that will be sorted out soon as possible

Started to change bits over with exhaust being 1st as Madge is running a nice longlife exhaust it's quiet toned and looks good but I really love the 5zigen and prefer it over the longlife especially it being right hand exit

Image

Image

Also been fully undersealed but will go over it again soon

So wheels come off and started inspecting suspension, brakes and bushes just checking to see if all is good

Image

Love the VT wheels they in really good condition I'd love to keep them on Madge

Image

Image

Image

Running standard brakes and PI shocks and springs with standard brake lines

Took both exhausts off first thing

Image

Also removed lips from the old one not to replace to this yet as I like the black lips on there going for a black and white theme will gather all parts but until then will stay as it is might sell the rear white lip off the old one but not the front lip

Image

Taken all bits off both cars wheels exhaust etc

Gave the brakes ago at swapping them over

Image

So a couple of hours and we had majority of it done with 5zigen exhaust 16i16 brakes and SSR'S

Image

Image

Image

Also swapped sidelights and indicators over
