Hi, I was searching forums and come across few CB Accord guys using EF upper control arms. They have much problems when lowering CB's with slamming UCAs in the body. So they found out that EF UCA is basically same (bolt on), just somewhat shorter, which clears body and adds some more negative camber.
So, if I lower my EF chassis and put CB UCA's it should correct too much camber I don't want. i just don's know how much.
Did anyone try this on here? I was searching but didn't find anything.
Here are some pics:
Upper is EF, lower is CB
Left EF, right CB
Whole thread from where I took the pics: http://honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2590492&page=2 (ignore the first page).
If no one has done it, I will. Probably on monday I get some Accord UCAs. Then I will setup the EF and CB UCAs and test which give what camber and post some pics hopefully.
CB accord upper control arms on EF (to correct camber)
Re: CB accord upper control arms on EF (to correct camber)
I reckon the CB control arms will touch the chassis.
More than happy to be proved wrong mind.

I think it will be fine if you dont go crazy with the lowering.
Lee, did you mean wing or chassis? As i cant see how they would hit chassis?

The inner wing has a seam that may interfere if the car is low.

I hope I get an UCA this week to at least measure it.
