now people can see what was left once i removed everything

so now you see how much work my pal put into rebuilding the rear arch
as i said the inner sill ,outer sill,jacking point ,inner arch and rear arch all had to be done...

but this bus will last for years now ........

yeah it was worse than both us had thought tbh
once i removed sill cover ,the rubber strip that goes round the arch and the bumpstrip i was gobsmacked....

but i had faith in mark as all he does in restore classics and builds hotrods

Nice one dude, they sit nicely. Was thinkin of getting 15x8 et0 wheels for my shuttle. do you think they would sit out too much?

the only set of et0 i was thinking about was some dished grids

i was thinking of rota db8's for mine but they have et0 and im not sure how they would sit on my shuttle. i don't really want to run crazy camber lol

here s a pic of the arch after chopping the lot off and repairing it

So it's lost the wide flat edge for a smaller hatch edge.
I think that's jus going to have to be the compromise. I've spent a long time trying to find a differnt car/van with the wide edges that teh shuttle has. Without success.

yeah they are a different shape slightly.the hatch arch had to be payed with to get it to that stage.

once the other side gets done they will both be matching so i think i ll pull it off

right haven t done much on the shuttle for a while so......

i sold the gearbox off the gl

out comes the 1.4 gl lump




cleaned and painted up something that was sat around,popped a vtec rear subframe to lose the power steering rack and a set of mounts and then you get



bang!!!
vtec shuttle
