Two types of Accord Type R, one's that have had money spent on them or those that need it.

Have spend loads on mine and I could part with it for the right price.

As said before they are nice cars but do suffer from specific problems, buy one that has had they common problems fixed. A cheap one will soon turn into an expensive one, cheapies on ebay are about £1200 but will cost more than that again to fix. Seats are a bit hard but they do handle well and return 30 mpg if driven sensibly and if you remember Honda raced them in preference to the prelude.

Very good cars, accordr.org is a very good place to get decent information. Its always worth finding the best example you can afford with these type of cars. But its got to one of the best FWD saloon cars out there. Its a proper type r.
